SILVERMINE BUDDY OF MINE (BUDDY)-RETIRED-Deceased 11/22/10-11/23/23
Buddy is an AKC registered European style Golden Retriever, chosen for our breeding program for his outstanding pedigree filled with champion dogs from Europe. His coloring is a very light cream with a gold dusting, similar to a lightly toasted marshmallow. He is very regal looking with a blocky head and his thick feathering around his neck. Buddy is all boy and while as gentle as can be, he wants all the toys to himself! He has been known to frequently have multiple toys in his mouth at once. He craves attention and loves to be cuddled. Even though he is a big boy, Buddy thinks he is a lap dog. He has a special bond with Randy and spends time with him in his shop. After a romp in the creek, his favorite place to hang out is in the big leather chair next to the fireplace. Buddy has his OFA health clearances for hips, elbows, heart, and eyes and has been breed specific dna tested.
SILVERMINE SWEET DAISY MAE (DAISY) -Deceased 9/23/10-3/19/18
Our beloved Daisy is an AKC registered European style Golden Retriever. She is a very light colored cream with very light golden ears. She has an excellent pedigree that includes champion dogs from Europe. She is exceptionally intelligent and willing to learn. Daisy is the personification of the word “retriever”. It is her passion, and she will endlessly fetch anything you will throw for her. Her second favorite pastime is swimming and is drawn to water like a magnet. As far as Daisy is concerned, it doesn’t get any better than a summer day at the lake fetching balls thrown off the boat, or spending an afternoon retrieving sticks thrown into the creek. It’s also hard to beat getting a relaxing tummy rub before falling asleep on the couch while Mom and Dad watch TV. Daisy has her OFA health clearances for hips, elbows, heart, and eyes. Daisy was diagnosed with stomach cancer and passed away at age 7 1/2 yrs. We miss her everyday.
SILVERMINE AMERICAN HONEY (HONEY) - RETIRED DOB 05/18/11-Deceased
Honey is an AKC registered European style Golden Retriever. She is a very light cream with faint gold highlights. Honey was chosen for our breeding program because of her excellent pedigree which includes many champion dogs from Russia. Her mother was bred there before coming to this country to deliver Honey’s litter. She is very smart and easy to train, and has learned how to train Momma. Honey is a real Momma’s girl and is Grandma’s favorite! Her personality is pure Golden, just as sweet as can be! She is fun loving and loves to play with anyone who will play with her. She wishes that Tucker the cat would play with her but he is not so sure of that! Honey took to the water faster than any puppy we’ve seen and will frolic endlessly. She has a strong retrieving instinct.
IntCH ALABASTERS LOVELY LOLA (LOLA) - RETIRED DOB 08/12/2012
Lola is an AKC registered European style Golden Retriever. She is a very light cream with very faint golden highlights. Lola has a stunning big, blocky head just like her daddy! She is the daughter of our very own Daisy and Buddy! Lola has earned her International Championship title and we are so proud of her! We are excited to add her to our breeding program! She is very smart and loves to chase a tennis ball. Lola loves attention and always wants to sit on the couch with us! She has a wonderful laid back Golden Retriever temperament! One of Lola's favorite things to do is chase the water coming out of the water hose! Lola has her OFA health clearances for hips, elbows, heart, and eyes.
IntCH, NatJR, IntJR NAVILIS INDEPENDENT (PIPER) -RETIRED DOB 09/18/14
Piper is an AKC registered, European style Golden Retriever. We imported Piper from a wonderful breeder and kennel in the Ukraine, Navilis Kennel. She has a wonderful pedigree, packed with champions and beautiful dogs and we are thrilled to add her to our breeding program. Piper has one of the best temperaments of any Golden we have met! She loves everyone and everything, especially children! She has already earned her National and International Championship junior puppy titles as well as her International Champion adult title. Piper has her OFA health clearances for hips, elbows, heart, and eyes.
Piper is now retired and living her best life with Julie's brother Jeff, Piper's favorite person.
IntCH, NatJr, IntJR ALABASTER'S GYPSY RAIN DANCE (GYPSY)-Retired DOB 01/06/16
Gypsy is an AKC registered English style Golden Retriever. She was born and raised right here at Alabaster Goldens! Gypsy is the daughter of our very own Lola (Alabaster's Lovely Lola) and sired by Titus (Titus with a Heart of Gold). Gypsy has a lovely mix of feminine and blocky head piece and beautiful balanced confirmation. Gypsy is a very sweet, loving, and calm natured girl that we just adore! We are excited to add her to our breeding program now that she has passed all of her OFA health clearances and has been breed specific dna tested. Gypsy has earned her International Champion title as well as her National and International Champion Puppy titles with the IABCA. We are so proud of this 2nd generation Alabaster Goldens girl!
IntCH NAVILIS XOXO TO ALABASTER (LEXI) DOB 02/27/17-Retired
Lexi is an AKC registered English style Golden Retriever. She was born in the Ukraine at the kennel Navilis. We thrilled to have her in our breeding program. We imported her as a puppy and have loved raising this beautiful and vibrant girl. Lexi has a love for anything fun! Whether it be a swim in the creek or chasing a ball, she is up for it! Lexi is also a very loving girl, who wants to be the fist in line for some attention. Lexi has passed her OFA health clearances for hips, elbows, heart by cardiologist, and eyes by ophthalmologist, as well as been breed specific dna tested. Lexi has done very well in the show ring and has earned her International Champion title with IABCA. We are proud to have Lexi be apart of our Alabaster Goldens Family!
Lexi is now retired and living her best life in her forever home.
Platinum's Country Road to Alabaster (Denver) DOB 09/29/19-Retired
We are thrilled to being adding Denver to our Alabaster Goldens family. Denver is a gorgeous AKC registered English style Golden Retriever. Many thanks to Platinum Goldens for trusting us with this beautiful dog! Denver is a happy boy who is up for anything, whether it be a trip to the lake or a cuddle with Mom. He has a strong retrieving drive and loves to fetch a ball. We have really enjoyed watching him mature into a handsome guy with a gorgeous head piece, great topline and angles, and a gorgeous light cream/gold coat. Denver loves to compete in dock diving. We are so excited that Denver has earned his AKC Jr. and Senior Dock Diving titles. Handsome and drive! Denver has his OFA health clearances for hips, elbows, heart by Cardiologist, and eyes by Opthomologist as well as DNA tests. Alabaster's Quaking Aspen (Aspen) DOB 01/12/19-Retired
Aspen was born and raised right here at Alabaster Goldens. She is a Titus/Lola daughter. Aspen is a beautiful, larger bodied and balanced girl with a feminine head, level top line, and nice tail set. Aspen has a very sweet and calm nature just like her parents. She loves toys,but her favorite thing to retrieve is a shoe! haha! Aspen loves to go to our lake house for some fun in the sun on the boat or swimming in the lake! Aspen has her OFA health clearances for hips, elbows, heart by cardiologist, and eyes by opthamologist as well as breed specific DNA testing.
Alabaster's I Will Always Love You CCA (Dolly) DOB 10/10/19-Retired
Dolly is an AKC registered Golden Retriever born right here at Alabaster Goldens. She is the daughter of Piper, sired by Hunter (Be My Valentine). Dolly has a beautiful head and balanced body structure. She is a beautiful mover as well. Dolly is full of life and loves to play, go swimming, and cuddle. Dolly has passed all of her OFA health clearances for hips, elbow, heart by cardiologist, and eyes by opthamologist. Dolly received her Certificate of Conformation Assessment title.
